Kim Malphrus is a lifelong resident of the Lowcountry and a highly experienced broker, owner, and developer with over 35 years of experience in residential, commercial, and large land tract sales. After earning a degree in Business Administration from Newberry College in 1984, Kim pursued various business ventures, including managing the Bluffton Seafood and Produce and The Golf Ball Outlet. In 1987, Kim founded Kim Malphrus Realty, which remains in its original location on Hwy 170 in Okatie. Kim enjoys playing golf and pickleball, as well as traveling to new places.

Melanie joined Kim Malphrus Realty in 2001 and has been serving the Low Country community for over 20 years. She obtained her real estate license from Spartanburg Technical College in 1995 and moved to the area in 1999 from Union, SC. Prior to her career in real estate, Melanie worked in the dental field for over two decades. Her interests include gardening, flower arranging, antiquing, and walking on the beach. Melanie is passionate about serving the community and looks forward to many more years of helping clients with their real estate needs.
